Facebook API Updates Causing DM Connection Issues

Identified - Beginning 11/10/21 morning Pacific Time, an undocumented Facebook API update caused new Instagram DM connects from Gladly to disconnect Facebook DM integrations with Gladly. Customers whose Facebook DMs have been disconnected have been notified by Gladly Support, and will need to reconnect Facebook. Gladly is releasing an update this evening to allow affected customers to re-connect Instagram again.
